ExpeditionTM is an effective and efficient leadership development and management program designed specifically for business owners, CEOs, and future CEOs of midmarket businesses with annual revenue above $2 million and 8 or more employees.

 

How it works and what you get

 

BaseCamp1

 

You begin with an in-depth assessment of your business and its performance to see how you measure up against your industry.

 

Within two weeks we sit down with you and present a detailed report that outlines our observations and recommendations.

BaseCamp2 & BaseCamp3

 

If all parties agree,  you proceed to BaseCamp2 and BaseCamp3. Over a period of 8 weeks you meet weekly with your Expedition Leader to map out a plan and learn our ComExTM system for effective communication and execution.

BaseCamp4

 

Once you’ve successfully completed BaseCamp3, you join a select BaseCamp4 expedition group of 6 to 10 like-minded owners and CEOs from non-competing businesses. This ongoing, three-part program transforms you from an intuitive entrepreneur to a professional one and takes your business to the summit and beyond.
