As the driving force behind Basecamp4 Jeff Cullen is dedicated to changing the lives of business owners and leaders for the better.

 

Since 2002 Jeff has had the privilege of helping close to 100 private sector businesses ranging from single-person enterprises to multi-million dollar businesses and has gained insight by peering behind the curtain to see what makes them successful (or not).

 

Building on these experiences along with his work as an engineer, former business manager, consultant, coach, instructor and business owner he co-authored “ComExTM - The tool no business can afford to be without” and developed the Basecamp4 programs to provide owners and their leadership teams the systems, knowledge and support they need to move their business to it’s full potential.

 

An entertaining public speaker and skilled facilitator, Jeff holds a bachelor degree in Engineering from Montreal’s Concordia University and an MBA from the University of Alberta. He is a certified Project Management Professional, a part-time instructor at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology’s JR Shaw School of Business and is working on his first book, exploring leadership within small and medium sized businesses.

 

Outside of his professional pursuits Jeff is primarily a family man. A dedicated husband to a talented lawyer, father to two awesome boys, assistant hockey coach and drummer/vocalist in a heavy metal band (no, really). He is also an exceedingly nice guy.
